The point is that the processor and video card chip cools with a single copper tube, which is supplied to the grid cooler. This radiator has a turbine with a fan, which cools the copper and therefore dust passing through the turbine, driven into a tight "flooring". Alas, manufacturers began to cover the body completely and, if earlier anyone could unscrew the cover and clean the dust, now you need to open the device fully. I will note that to open a laptop has become more difficult (mainly due to cleverly attached keyboard). No matter how hard you try, the dust will be there anyway, and I advise you not to put your devices on the terry covers or dusty places in the room
